Reservations and Cancellation Policies

Reservations at Villa Sarmassa include a credit card as a guarantee at the time of booking.

Cancellation is free if made within 7 days of the arrival date. In case of late cancellation (over 7 days) or no-show, the entire amount of the stay will be retained.

You can contact the property directly to arrange other types of payment. 

The municipality of Narzole requires a tourist tax worth € 1.50/night per person for rooms priced below 300.00€. Beyond the previously specified amount, the tourist tax will be equal to € 2.50/night. The amount will be paid directly in the facility.

Check-in and Check-out times

Check-in is available from 2.00 pm to midnight, with the possibility of agreeing different times with the structure.
Check-out must be done by 10:00 am on the day of departure.

 

Structure Rules

- Access to the facility is restricted to our customers, it is not allowed to invite strangers to sleep.

- Pets are not allowed.
- Only children from 12 years old are allowed.
- Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.

- Sheets and pillowcases are changed every 2 days depending on the customer's length of stay; towels are changed every day. Any advance exchange will be charged to the customer. However, we rely on the customer's common sense. 

 - Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00, unless otherwise agreed between the manager and the guests, upon request we also prepare breakfast for those leaving early in the morning.
- The outdoor swimming pool and sun loungers are available to the property's customers until check-out.

It is possible to use the pool beyond the period included in the reservation for a fee.

Opening hours are from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

 

 

Extra consumption

In the breakfast room you can find the water dispenser accessible free of charge 24 hours a day. 

Other extra consumption will be charged at check-out. 

 

Parking

Parking is located inside the structure and is always available and free.

 

Valuables

The management declines any type of responsibility for the valuables contained in the rooms. 

 

Allergies

Any food or any other type of allergies must be communicated before the arrival of guests in order to prepare an adequate breakfast. 

Villa Sarmassa is pleased to welcome celiac guests: upon request, we offer breakfasts suitable for people with gluten intolerance. 

Please let us know of any dietary requirements when booking.

Villa Sarmassa promotes activities, experiences, services or accommodation offered by third parties on its website.
