Ponte del pensiero

It connects the structure to the centuries-old oak tree, planted by one of our ancestors (Madame Rù), located on the Sarmassa canal. From here, you can enjoy a view of the Langhe.

Oak grove

Recovered from a Tuscan nursery that, due to their size and the transportation costs for a potential sale, had decided to eliminate them, we have therefore decided to create a small oak forest. This will provide a refuge for the numerous birds and small animals that live in our countryside.

Olive grove

We have created a small olive grove to produce our own oil for our customers in the future, and to ensure we have more and more of our own produce.

The story

of Villa Sarmassa

_Y9A6956.jpg

The Villa was built starting from the reconstruction of the old Cascina Sarmassa , once the grandparents' home, which gave its name to the important irrigation canal that supplies the plain with water from our snow-rich Alps.

Hence the name Villa Sarmassa, where it maintains its strategic position of the ancient farmhouse to capture all the beneficial aspects of nature , such as the sun, allowing in the summer months, thanks to the photovoltaic system, to be 100% autonomous.

Villa Sarmassa, once an ancient family farmhouse, is now a modern B&B surrounded by greenery.

The details that make the difference

The attention to detail—from materials to furnishings, from lighting to energy—is designed to create an authentic, elegant, and sustainable experience.

We chose noble and timeless Luserna stone and high-quality Italian wood , carefully crafted to enhance each space with warmth and personality.

Real materials that speak of territory, craftsmanship, and natural beauty.

But we don't stop at aesthetics. Every choice is also guided by a strong commitment to sustainability: we use renewable energy, minimize our environmental impact, and promote a more conscious lifestyle.
